Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information NetAdvisors, LLC (“we”) collects through Hello to Paid and this website, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account information: your name, business name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Your business content: website content, proposals, photos, and the customer details you enter.
• Your customers’ information: names, contact details and signature records when they view, sign or pay a proposal, and messages they send through your website’s contact form. We process this on your behalf.
• Technical information: IP address, browser and basic usage logs, used to run and secure the Service, and to record e-signature audit trails.
• Messages you send us through our contact form or by email.

How we use it

To provide and secure the Service, send the notifications you ask for (such as new-lead and signed-proposal emails), support you, bill you, and improve the product. We don’t sell personal information and we don’t use your customers’ information for our own marketing.

Emails to your customers

When you use features that contact your customers, we send those emails on your behalf and under your business name: proposals, invoices, payment receipts, and payment reminders (including automatic reminders on the schedule you choose). We send them only for your business’s transactions with that customer, never marketing of our own, and we keep a delivery log so you can see what was sent. You’re responsible for having your customers’ permission to email them about their work with you.

Service providers

We run the Service on servers we manage, hosted in data centers in the United States, and we send email from our own mail servers. We use Stripe to process payments. When a customer pays online, their card details go directly to Stripe and never pass through or get stored on our servers. Any provider we use processes information only to provide its service to us.

Cookies and analytics

The app uses your browser’s storage to keep you signed in. This website may use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics to count visits; it doesn’t track you across other sites.

Retention and security

We keep information while your account is active and for a reasonable period after, then delete it. We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls and regular backups.

Your choices

You can update your account information at any time and ask us to export or delete your data. If you’re one of our customers’ customers, contact the business you worked with; we’ll help them respond.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new “last updated” date, and we’ll tell account holders by email or in the app before material changes take effect.
